Analyze Whole Field
- With the Plant AI model now successfully trained, proceed to the “Analyse Whole Field” window.
- If desired, select the “Row and Gap Analysis” option (more info on this here)
- For Plant Level Data, Select the "Plant Health" Metrics you wish to include (more information on these indices here)
For Plant Level Data, Select which "Size & Height" metrics you wish to include.
- Refine the field boundaries to ensure you don't spend credits on irrelevant areas.
- Hover your mouse over the vertices of your field area and adjust them as necessary.
- You can create new vertices for irregular geometry by clicking at any point along the lines.
- The price summary will update based on the selected area.
- NOTE If your field contains separate sections that are disconnected, such as roads between them or large gaps without relevant plants, use the 'Add Detection Area' tool to define multiple areas, excluding the unnecessary parts.
- Once satisfied, select “Run Detection.”
- Once processing has completed and the Plant AI model has been applied to the whole field, a confidence score Histogram will be displayed that shows the probability distribution of detected plants:
- If desired, adjust the blue horizonal slider on the histogram to refine the results to within a desired detection threshold.
- For example, move the slider to 0.9 to select only those plants that have an estimated 90% match to the trained samples.
- At this stage, you can also add visual "Notes" that creates a placeholder within the results window that can be used for comparison with subsequent iterations
- If you wish to refine the PlantAI results further, select "Provide More Examples" and continue as before.
- Otherwise, click "Proceed with Analysis" and proceed to The Analysis Tab
